Bagan Lalang with Yi Yi

12 December 2009 (Saturday)

Yi Yi came for a visit on 11 December 2009 (Friday). Since that we planned to visit Enstek on Sat, she decided to stay overnight at our place. We left Entek, it was already about 2 pm.
Initially we planned to go to Port Dickson for a day trip, however after all the activities at Entek, we felt it was a bit tiring to travel to Port Dickson. We decided to visit Bagan Lalang instead which was much nearer...about 20 min from Enstek, just to enjoy the sea breeze, let the children released their energy a bit.

The two boys were fascinated with their kids' umbrellas. They won them from the throwing the coconut game.
The kids were quite excited about having picnic by the seaside. So we ate our nasi ayam lunch, which Enstek provided to all of their visitors. It was quite generous of them.

Ko Ko was eating his Cadbury chocolate sweets under the umbrella.

Mei Mei was enjoying the jellies, which she and Darren got from playing the "picking jellies and sweets in the flour" game at the Enstek. She and Darren were already fighting in the car on the way to Bagan Lalang for the jellies. Sigh....these two were really like a cat and a dog!!

The kids conquered the whole mat!!
Of course, they wouldn't be sitting so comfortably without fighting for a place initially.

Yi Yi was enjoying the sea breeze together with twisties!!!

Mei Mei with Yi Yi's ice cream

Ice creams were always one of the agenda when we were at the beach!
The ice cream man kept returning to stop in front of us until we finally bought ice creams from him. Hmmm,,,good way to get business huh...After all, we had 3 children with us.

Family photo time...
Now only realised that we forgotten to take a group photo with Yi Yi together....

I took this photo to show to Ko Ko the ice cream on his mouth!!!
The boys played the kites for a while since it was so hot. I didn't take any photos. I had to shop for a kite for Mei Mei. As usual whatever the brothers were playing, she also wanted to play. she was fighting with his Ko Ko for the kites. Ko Ko and Darren had one each which we got them from Port Dickson last year.
So I bought Mei Mei a Mickey & Minnie Mouse kite as Mei Mei didn't any other kite except for that. I got her a big kite which cost me RM13. The RM5 kite was really so unattractive and small...anyway, there wasn't any small Mickey & Minnie Mouse kite. Well, never mind as long as my naughty little girl was happy.
Finally the kids could go to play at the sea...It was already 6 pm. We waited for long as that day, the sun was really very hot.

You see the little lady!!!
We left Bagan Lalang at about 7 pm. Yi Yi was not very happy already as she was bored for being too long sitting by the seaside. By evening, it was not so breezy as the sun was setting. While we were playing at the sea, she was sitting under the tree...so it was no wonder she found it boring to the point of unbearable especially when you were there from 2 to 7 pm..I could imagine it should I were in her shoes......
Well, that was how it goes when you are following a family with small kids for holidays...
If she joined us at the sea, I think she might find it better...
Time flies when you are looking after kids.
Should have suggested to her to go the Sepang Gold coast sale office which was within walking distance since she had not been there. The place was very nice for a first time visitor. We had been there twice, so it had lost appeal to us.
We took our dinner at Salak. Their signature fish dish was very nice.
