Arriving at the resort, expecting for the FREE pony rides for the kids, it was most disappointing to be informed that pony rides were not available during puasa month, despite having enquired about this very specifically via email and being confirmed the availability. Couldn't help the feeling of being cheated. If I had known that the service was not available, I would not have booked this resort!!! After all, this was my second stay here.
The room assigned to us had a lousy view, facing another block of the resort. The last time we stay we had one facing the resort garden. The view was quite ok. Should have requested for a change of suite. By night time we noticed that their occupancy was very low that day. After all, the next day was Monday. It's a working day for Negeri Sembilan. It's a public holiday for people who worked in Selangor - Nuzul Quran.
Conclusion : We should have asked for a change of room for garden view or else paying a little bit higher for a seaview room. Having a lousy view did make it not so worth the stay when especially when they do have quite a big balcony. Sometimes, it did pay to be more fussy and NOT so cincai....
Anyway, to do them justice, the resorts do have a clean and big suite...for RM238,,,weekday rate....it was ok. We did have a good stay except for lousy view and the inavailability of ponies!!!
